PayPal Payment Processing

I use PayPal as my payment gateway for online transaction processing. It is a secure way to process online transactions. Using PayPal allows me to concentrate on the storefront front-end stuff while the experts there take care of the security of your payment information, making sure to keep their site up-to-date with the latest security patches and features.

Payment By Check Via PayPal

If you don't have (or don't want to use) a credit card, you can use PayPal to process check payments. It's easy--you just enter the information from a check in your checkbook and PayPal takes care of the rest.

Payment By Check Via Mail

E-Commerce isn't everybody's bag. So, if you'd rather buy the old-fashioned way, I can also accept payment by check through the good old USPS. This takes a little longer, since the bank needs a few days to clear a check and there's more handling/processing time involved by the FabMartha staff (i.e. me sometimes any friend I can talk into helping me on any given day). However, if time is not a concern, please contact me and I can send you instructions on sending checks.

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. I am currently using US Mail to ship items. Jewelry is shipped insured for sale value; both this and return receipt proof-of-delivery charges are calculated into the shipping cost. The costs for shipping items are as follows:

  • Under $10: $3.28
  • $10-$49.99: $4.81
  • $50-$99.99: $6.28
  • $100-$199.99: $7.28
  • $200 and over: $8.28

Customer Satisfaction & Refund Policy

My goal is 100% customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. I work hard to make sure my item descriptions and photographs accurately represent my merchandise and I strive to offer all products at a fair price. All costs, taxes & shipping are disclosed at the time of sale; I believe it unethical to tack on hidden charges after a transaction is processed and I won't do it.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please let me know immediately. I'll work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, unused merchandise may be returned within two weeks of sale for a full refund of the purchase price. FabMartha.com is not responsible for damage due to customer wear or negligence.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale to an entity that exhibits questionable business practices--nothing personal, but I can't afford the risk.
